01 General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the aq999 platform and its users ("Member" or "you"). By using the services through the aq999 website, mobile application or any other digital channel, you are considered to have accepted these Terms.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" — The aq999 website, mobile app and all associated digital services.
• "Member" — A person who accesses services through a registered account on aq999.
• "Wallet" — The virtual fund balance held in a member's account.
• "Bonus Funds" — Money granted under a promotional offer that cannot be withdrawn until specific wagering requirements have been met.
• "Real Money" — Actual currency deposited by the member.

1.2 Changes to Terms

1.3 Applicable Law

02 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account on aq999. Opening an account by a minor is strictly prohibited. All information provided at registration must be complete, accurate and up to date.

2.2 Single Account Rule

Each person may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same name, from the same device or from the same IP address is prohibited. If this rule is violated, all related accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Registration Process

To register successfully, the member must provide a valid username, password, email address and mobile number. The mobile number is verified via OTP during registration.

03 Account Management and Security

3.1 Confidentiality of Login Details

It is your responsibility to keep your aq999 login details — username and password — completely confidential. These details must not be shared with anyone. The member is responsible for all activity carried out using their login details.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the aq999 customer support team immediately. If not reported in time, the member will bear responsibility for any resulting loss.

3.3 Account Transfer

An aq999 account is entirely personal and non-transferable. Selling, buying, renting or transferring an account to a third party by any means is strictly prohibited.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on aq999 is ৳200. Accepted payment methods for deposits are bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Each deposit must be made from a mobile wallet registered in the member's own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals are only made to the same method used for the deposit — bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay.

4.3 Withdrawal Verification Process

For large withdrawals, aq999 may carry out an identity verification process. The withdrawal may be delayed until verification is complete. This is part of our security and fraud prevention measures.

4.4 Account Currency

Account balances are held in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Deposits made in a different currency will be converted at the applicable exchange rate.

05 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The aq999 welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The minimum deposit requirement must be met to receive the bonus. To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times (15x).

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• The same promotional offer cannot be claimed more than once.
• Betting activity carried out with bonus funds will follow aq999's gaming rules.
• If a member attempts to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means, their account will be terminated.
• aq999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

5.3 VIP Cashback

The aq999 VIP program has three tiers — Bronze (up to 0.3% cashback per week), Silver (up to 0.7%) and Gold (up to 1.0%). Cashback is paid at the applicable rate on net losses for the week.

06 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be changed or cancelled. aq999 reserves the right to void any bet where the result was influenced by a software error or incorrect odds.

6.2 Game Results

Casino game and slot results are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RTP (Return to Player) information for each game is available on the relevant game page. Live casino game results are determined by live dealers.

6.3 Betting Limits

aq999 sets minimum and maximum bet limits for each game and betting market. These limits may vary by game and are subject to change at any time.

6.4 Multi Bet

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on aq999 and may result in account termination and forfeiture of balance:

• Any form of fraud, deception or dishonest methods to gain an advantage.
• Placing bets using bots, automated software or artificial intelligence.
• Attempting to bypass restrictions using a VPN or proxy.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Placing bets or managing an account on behalf of a third party.
• Deliberately exploiting any system bug or vulnerability.

If a member is suspected of any of the above activities, aq999 may immediately suspend that account and conduct an investigation.

08 Responsible Gaming

8.1 Self-Limits

Members can set their own daily, weekly or monthly limits on deposits, bets or losses. Contact the customer support team to set these limits.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

If a member wishes to take a break from the platform for a set period, they can request Self-Exclusion. During this period, the member's account will be completely inactive.

09 Privacy and Data Protection

12 Account Suspension and Closure

12.1 aq999's Rights

aq999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for any reason. This action may be taken in particular for prohibited activities (Section 07), failure to verify identity or breach of these Terms.

12.2 Member's Rights

Members can request to close their account at any time through customer support. Any pending withdrawals will be settled before the account is closed.

12.3 Balance Refund

If an account is closed for normal reasons, the real money balance will be returned subject to verification. However, if the account is closed due to prohibited activity, the balance may be forfeited.

13 Dispute Resolution

13.1 Complaint Submission Process

If you have a dispute or complaint, please contact aq999's customer support team directly first. The support team will attempt to resolve the complaint within a reasonable time after receiving it.

13.2 Escalation Process

If the matter is not resolved at the customer support level, it can be escalated to aq999's senior management. Mutual discussion is the preferred approach for resolving all disputes.

13.3 Game Result Disputes

In the event of a dispute over game results, server logs and RNG records will be treated as the final evidence. In the case of any technical error, aq999 will inform the decision after investigation.
